You can make these chewy Almond Joy Cookies using just four simple ingredients. These treats capture the flavor of the classic candy bar with coconut, chocolate, and almonds in a satisfying cookie form.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat in 30-second intervals until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  3. Stir the flaked coconut and chopped almonds into the melted chocolate mixture until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
  • You can toast the almonds lightly before adding them to the mixture for a deeper nutty taste.
  • If you prefer a firmer cookie, chill the dough mixture for 30 minutes before scooping.
