An elegant yet easy weeknight salmon recipe topped with creamy Boursin cheese for a flavorful garlic-herb finish.

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 (5.2 oz) container Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread a generous layer of Boursin cheese over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The Boursin should be melted and slightly golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley, if desired.
