A creamy, cheesy, and slightly spicy buffalo chicken dip perfect for game day or any party. This easy appetizer is a crowd-pleaser.

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo-style hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and blue cheese until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
  5. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • For a make-ahead option, prepare the dip up to the point of baking, cover, and refrigerate. Bake when ready to serve, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time.
  • You can use a slow cooker for this recipe. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until heated through and bubbly.
