Quick, crispy bite-size cheese snacks perfect for parties or after-school treats.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all cheeses, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Add egg and flour, stirring until combined.
  4. Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
  5. Place on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes (oven) or air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
