Make this satisfying chicken bacon ranch wrap using crispy air-fried chicken. It is a fast, flavorful meal perfect for busy weeknights or a hearty lunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crispy fried onions or crushed tortilla chips (for extra crunch)
  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Toss the chicken tenders with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Air fry the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 380°F (195°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes, then dice or shred.
  3. Warm the tortillas: Lightly warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat. Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing down the center. Layer with shredded lettuce, diced crispy chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Add a sprinkle of crispy fried onions or crushed chips for texture.
  5. Roll the wrap: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll from the bottom up to seal the ingredients inside.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in foil for meal prep.

Notes

  • For a high-protein option, use Greek yogurt-based ranch dressing.
  • You can substitute the air-fried chicken with pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for an even faster meal.
  • To get the wrap extra crispy on the outside, lightly toast the assembled wrap in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
