4 hoagie rolls
4 slices provolone cheese
2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables soften, about 5 more minutes.
