  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, diced apple, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro.
