A comforting and easy-to-make tuna noodle casserole, perfect for family dinners.

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, peas, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the bowl and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free noodles and cream of mushroom soup.
  • Add diced onions or celery for extra flavor.
