- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for serving)
- Cooked rice or pasta, for serving
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning mix, condensed cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add the cubed cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks. Stir to combine with the sauce.
