Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Pour in white wine or chicken broth and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has slightly reduced.
  5. Return the shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
