  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2-inch thick rings
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Brush the pineapple rings generously with the brown sugar mixture on both sides.
  4. Place the pineapple rings directly on the preheated grill grates.
  5. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the pineapple is tender and has nice grill marks.
  6. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
