A hearty, budget-friendly soup with ground beef, macaroni, and savory tomato broth, ready in under 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes.
  4. Stir in the macaroni, oregano, and basil.
  5. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until macaroni is tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
