A rich and creamy keto chicken dish with garlic and parmesan, perfect for a satisfying low-carb meal.

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is heated through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Serve with your favorite keto-friendly side dishes like cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles.
  • For a richer sauce, you can add a tablespoon of butter.
  • Adjust garlic to your preference.
