  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Peel and dice the mangoes into small, uniform pieces. Finely dice the red onion and mince the jalapeño. Chop the fresh cilantro.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a medium bowl, gently combine the diced mangoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
