A quick and crispy sheet-pan broccoli recipe with garlic and Parmesan, perfect for a weeknight side dish.

  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the edges are browned and crispy.
  5. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the broccoli during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  6. Serve immediately.
